Dated but clean, with very friendly staff. Overall a great value for the price. The pool was a comfortable temperature and a nice size. The hot tub works but could definitely use a good scrub. Nothing fancy, but solid if you’re looking for an affordable, decent stay.
This place isn't luxurious if you're looking for one, but it's definitely a good deal for the price. Not far from IU campus, it's a 10-11 minute drive. There's a separate U-turn lane if you're heading to IU or downtown from this place. We stayed in a king bed suite, which was clean but didn't smell that good. I think this place shows signs of being dated. I got a cute small lake view from our room. Breakfast was good, with cold and hot options. The staff, Jesse and Julia, were helpful and kind; we got a late checkout until 1 PM. However, I didn't like the person's attitude when we were checking in at night. We had to park behind the building, and I wish we could have gotten a parking spot closer. We're frequent visitors to Bloomington, and I think I'm going to come back to this place whenever I don't want to spend a lot but need a safe, affordable place to stay.
Anytime we have stayed here at this quality inn in Bloomington we've enjoyed our stay.we especially like the view from the balcony, it's quiet and peaceful. I would also like to give a shout - out to Julie she is very kind and always willing to help, she got us checked in quick and she also runs the breakfast area and it's always clean and well stocked... Your awesome Julie we will always stay here when in the area.
I stay at the Bloomington Indiana Quality Inn on a regular basis. Highly recommended! Always clean, breakfast is great, especially the biscuits and gravy. Customer service is top notch without exception. A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO JULIE who always goes above and beyond with customer service.
Compared to the Super 8 next door, this place is a five-star resort with amazing staff and excellent service. Keep up the good work here and it's a pleasure staying with you all.
Easy and friendly check-in, clean rooms that look recently updated and hot breakfast! Right off the exit so easy to get back to your trip the next morning. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

Our car broke down on the way to our vacation destination. We were able to make it to this hotel and they offered us a room at a great price. Breakfast options were good. The staff was amazing and very flexible with us. Clean rooms, comfy beds!
